Ashley’s Fall Off the Bone Ribs
2 racks of beef or pork ribs
8 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Bottle of your Favorite BBQ Sauce
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix all spices together in a bowl.
- Rub spices mixture on both sides of the ribs.
- Bake in a covered pan for 2.5-3 hours.
- Once done in the oven, transfer to your grill.
- Baste your BBQ sauce on one side and cook for 15 minutes.
- Flip the ribs on the grill and baste with BBQ sauce for another 15 minutes.
- Your Fall Off the Bone Ribs are ready to serve!
